Employers,The use and dump syndrome of employees

The rate at which graduates are pumped out daily is quite alarming.It is saddening to note that so many people go through the hurdles of schooling and when they eventually graduate there are no jobs.The few available jobs are not even enough to go round the youths hence most of them end up turning to the street for their survival.It has become a fast trending issue among the Employers to employ these jobless graduates for stipends.Most people work round the clock for a meagre pay,unfortunately the bosses have learnt the idea of no pay.People work and spend a lot on transportation but at the end of the day they don't get paid.It is bad to be unemployed but worse to be used and dumped by an employer.Employers should try to encourage the youths,jobs should be given and payments should be made as it makes our society comfortable and free of all negative vices.When these people are occupied,they develop themselves and become their own boss in the future.Let us make Nigeria a safe place for us all.
